Shipping
While we try to ship your item as soon as possible it may take up to 5 business days after payment is received before it is sent out from our location.  We utilize both USPS Flat Rate boxes and UPS shipping, whichever is better suited for the individual item.

Returns
Returns are accepted, as long as the buyer contacts us within fourteen days of receiving the item and has viable reason to return (item not in condition listed, item not working, etc.).  Returns also must be shipped back to us within one week of contact (i.e. the buyer must send the item out within one week). Return shipping will be paid by buyer in most cases, however, exceptions will be made if the error is blatantly our fault.  If an item is defective we will gladly replace it (if we have another unit available) or refund your order.  All defective items must be sent back to us before we can ship out your replacement.
