Before bidding or buying, please take a moment to read Shipping, Terms of Sale, and About Us categories so that no MISUNDERSTANDINGS occur and for complete details regarding return policy.
PayPal is preferred. Buyer can pay directly for single item or wait for invoice on multiple items to take advantage of combined shipping. If not otherwise mutually agreed upon, payment is due within 5 days. Please contact me if you wish to bid/buy other items. If payment is not received in a timely fashion or I have not heard from you, eBays Non-Paying Bidder policy will be engaged. Thank you.
For US bidders, UNLESS otherwise specified, shipping on most items is via Priority Mail and includes insurance on single/multiple items over $20.00. I do pack securely but if a problem should occur on insured items, please contact your local post office, obtain the necessary forms, and I will help in any way possible to aid in expediting an insurance claim.
For INTERNATIONAL bidders, please note that NOT all items are available for international shipping due to difficulties with packing and/or high shipping costs. Please ask me first and when applicable, shipping is First Class International, does NOT include insurance and no flasified custom documents. Please understand that while in the unlikely event an item should "get lost" or arrive damaged, having experienced it first hand as a buyer myself it seems neither country wants to take responsibility and most insurance claims are useless thus all monies WILL NOT be refunded! Sorry. However, most situtaions can always be worked out to mutual satisfaction so please contact me if this should happen.
For ALL BIDDERS, I usually ship within 3 BUSINESS days, if not sooner, of receipt of monies or cleared payments but on occassion, can run a little behind. For those seldom occassions, I ask for your understanding as things CAN and DO happen. Additionally, if actual shipping charges are considerably less than what you paid (within $1.00), excess postage will be refunded to you via PayPal on the day item ships. If it's considerably more, I have always and will continue to out of my pocket. While shipping supplies (priority mail boxes, tape, labels, etc.) may be free, packing supplies and non Priority Mail are not.
All items sold, unless otherwise specified, are in used and as is condition. Please note that while every effort is made to describe all items as accurately as possible, including any damages and/or imperfections that are seen, two people do not always think alike therefore please ask all your questions before bidding or buying and not after you have won an item or bought it. I start my auctions and store listings at what I believe to be a fair and reasonable price based on current market trends, resources, and community feedback. Ultimately, you the buyer, decide what an item is WORTH to YOU and I will not be responsible for "auction fever" bidding. While I do allow a "Return Policy", please understand it applies ONLY to items GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED by seller otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyer needs to contact seller within THREE days if there is a problem but seller will allow up to 14 days to return the item at BUYER'S EXPENSE. Since photos are retained for all items sold and shipped for longer than fourteen days, if returned item varies from photos of how it looked when it was shipped, NO REFUND will be given. I adhere to this policy, with or without eBay's support so please make sure you can too before bidding/buying. Thank you.
I have been selling on eBay for a number of years and, for the most part, have enjoyed every minute of it. I/we started out in buying/selling/trading antiques and collectibles long before it was ever brought to the internet or even considered "fashionable" to do so and have learned many lessons along the way. And while we are not perfect, we try real hard to provide a quality product at a fair price with honesty, reliability and good serivice.
However lately there have been many questions by buyers, at least for me, as respects shipping charges so I have taken the opportunity to provide a little more information in this category.
First, I am happy to combine shipping for more than one item but PLEASE, FOR AUCTIONS/PURCHASES ENDING IN THE SAME WEEK ONLY AS I TOO NEED TO PAY MY BILLS :o) Additionally, depending on the number of items won/purchased, shipping costs may increase slightly due to added weight involved. Finally, if you have a concern with the amount charged and readily disclosed for shipping kindly don't bid as quite frankly I believe it to be unfair to rate a seller low on shipping charges when it is stated up front how much shipping will be. A good portion of the time, I am under what actual shipping/handling ends up costing me, especially on multiple items, insured items or priority mail shipments. I ALWAYS refund shipping difference if I am way over in charges. Therefore, if you think that what I am requesting for securely packing and shipping your item(s) is too high, don't bid or refrain from rating in this category. Thanks for understanding.
