1. International Worldwide Shipping (include Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Caribbean's and all US Protectorates and insular areas) will be with DHL. eBay does not have an option to list DHL shipping so, as advised by eBay, we write it here.

If you want to use FedEx please let me know and it'll be considered. It may involve in additional shipping cost.

2. Extra shipping cost: Some areas within the US (Hawaii, Alaska, Wyoming...) and Overseas are more expensive than other areas when it comes to shipping with FedEx, DHL or USPS. If so, we may change carrier without any noticed and/or ask from you to pay the difference.

Please contact me with your FULL address before clicking "buy it now" for shipping cost (includes US insular areas).

3. Shipping to Russia: Most areas are restricted to 200 Euro (270$~) value with FedEx. Shipping to those areas are with USPS EMS Express only, include insurance and signature confirmation. We do NOT declare low value.

Shipping to Russia with DHL/UPS is only to business addresses.

4. Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Colombia OR any other country in the world: We understand customs fees are high, but we DO NOT declare Low Value or Gift because of shipping insurance.

and get a US address. Packages shipped within the US does not show any value. They will ship it for you the way you want.

5. Brazil: Please note the customs fee can get to around 100% of value. This is your responsibility if you choose to buy the item.

6. Cut of time for all shipping is 3pm (Mon-Sat), but you can always ask if shipping the same day is still available even after 3pm.

We don't ship on Saturday unless it's a FedEx Express Overnight/2days/Saver. We're close on Sunday and will reply massages/email if possible.

7. All shipping include Insurance and signature confirmation.

8. We ship only after payment is fully cleared and ONLY to address provided by PayPal. Address cannot be changed at any time.

9. In general shipping is within one business day once payment is cleared. If allows and address is confirmed with PayPal we try to ship the same day.

International shipping may take up to 2 business days processing time and may involved in extra shipping cost.

10. Shipping costs (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery. Buyer will get payment back minus shipping costs (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).

11. "Partly Eligible"/"Not Eligible" PayPal account: We do NOT ship to those buyer's accounts (since seller protection is not fully available). Money will be fully refunded to buyer.

12. P.O. Box addresses: Shipping is with USPS only and may involve in extra shipping cost.

13. Customs: Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility (include Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan Caribbean's and all US Protectorates and insular areas). Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.

We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plusShipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer will get partly refund).

If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.

Please note! We are using FedEx, DHL or USPS for shipping.

We are keeping the right to change carrier, without any notice to the buyer, so you can get your item as fast as possible.

Returns Policy

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

If item has been opened and/or used, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).

All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that you return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged buy carrier.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
