I have had the phone for about 2 years, and I still like it. Even though it has a full keyboard, it is still tiny. Although the keyboard is a little bit different from the regular american keyboard (I think it is based on the european keyboard because it has the euro sign and the british pound sign), but all the letters are easy to use, and it makes typing much easier than with any other phone. With a bit of practice, you can type on it almost as fast as a laptop keyboard. The phone has a lower resolution than my new phone, but the screen is also smaller, so it makes up for it. The camera is decent quality (for its resoultion) and the pictures look alright on a computer. It takes video clips, and it can attach to the computer. The phone's battery is great, it lasts for 4 days for me with pretty high usage. The keyboard is also lighted up, which is one of its best qualities. The keys are bright and easy to read, as is the screen. The phone also has a great organizer built in, I use the wallet for all my passwords, and the notes and calander daily. Without them, I would be lost. The organizer is even better than the one on my pocketPC phone (no notes ability or wallet built in). The reception on the phone is great, especially considering it doesn't have an external antenna.Read full review
I bought this NOkia 6820 phone because I have a daughter who LOVES to text message and I thought this would be an easy way to text message. I found the phone to be extremely inexpensive compared the prices of other phones that feature easy typing pads such as the blackberry. I also thought the phone was very well made, sturdy and somewhat heavy. The only problem I have with the phone is that it is a little hard to open to the text messaging part. But, the sound is good, the picture quality is wonderful and the reception is great. My daughter loves it. I would recommend this phone for anyone who has a teenager who likes to text message a lot.
keyboard is ingenius battery life above average bluetooh works well camera is terrible screen is clear but lower resolution it's a nokia so you'll get the best bars generally speaking, very easy to use relatively durable
I like that it has a full keyboard for texting, which lights up if you're in the dark. I also like that it is a nokia. i have only had good experiences with nokias. they have great antenna's, and they are built like tanks. I decided to buy this phone because i text alot, and i not only like nokias, but i like the way their menus and options are set up.
i love this phone. i used to work for cingular. the only problem that i have with it is that it doesn't play mp3 ringtones. other than that its one of the best phones ive used. mine also has blackberry software so i can use it in place of my blackberry. awesome phone!
