Products with free shipping promotions are refunded minus actual shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Products are eligible for return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Items may only be returned if they are new and unused, with all original packing intact (The running of fuel through engines, applying stickers or decals, cutting of zip ties or tape, running boats through water, assembling planes, running products, or removing plastic wrap all preclude a product from being considered new). All materials that were included with the original product (ie. manuals, batteries, packaging, etc.) must be included to be eligible for return. In some cases we may work with the buyer on a return if the model has been used. However these products will have a restocking fee from 10% - 25% depending on the condition of the model that is returned. This will be determined by our Quality Control Department and a settlement decision will be made within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
