Buyer has 14 days to return the merchandise from when the tracking number shows it was delivered to them. Merchandise must be in its original condition as received. Used merchandise will not be accepted. Items must be shipped back in a separate box. Most of our items are in boxes. We will not accept returns if an item is returned with labels on the items box/packaging. If there is an error made on our end we are more than willing to refund the whole item amount. However, if an item is returned because of a error on the buyers part, we do charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, up to $10 maximum.

We require that all payments be made through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days your order will be canceled. The item will then be relisted into our inventory to resale. A unpaid item dispute will also be opened.
