| Specification | Please refer to the following detailed steps before installation!
Hardware Installation: Connect the camera with power supply and router and other device as the picture below,Please note:as many customer do not know their Ip address,so we suggest to connect the network cable instead of WIFI first to locate the IP address. 
Software Installation: 1.Double-click "ocx2.exe" in the CD and installation can be finished automatically as shown below. 
2.Search Equipment Activate the search tool "ipcamtools.exe". When GUI comes up, please click"refresh" button. The program will search the network cameras,and displays the searched IP address, port number, equipmentID number ,device name, the machine's dynamic domain name,the wireless address and MAC address. An example is shown as following figure. 
3.Click on the "open device" or input the IP into the browser in its address field directly to access the login page (forexample: http://192.168.1.92). As shown “Login button” is one option to enter the user's computer，and “Mobile phone login” is another option for users who use the smartphone.  4.After entering the correct user name and password, real-time images is displayed on the monitor screen.  5,Then go to the Wireless Connection,and it will start searching for WIFI router automatically.  6.Please choose your WiFi router and enable it,put in your password,and press the "Save" button.Then the device will start retore automatically.  7.Go to the Wireless connection,you will find the status of the WiFi router is connected,then you could unplug the network cable.Next time,you can connect the network without network cable.You can feel free to use your WIFI to monitor the camera now!  | Centralized monitoring and management software: 1.Activate the "master-setup" and it will install the management software automatically.When the setup is finished,you can enter the master as the photobelow: 
2.Click add to add camera search for your WIFI connection. 
3.Choose the your WIFI connection and click "ok" button.  4.Then you can start to monitor with your camera,you can control the pan tilt with the control panel.  5."Master" is a professional and powerful video management software. It can monitor up to 100 network cameras of the same seriesat the same time if your network and computer are powerful enough.  Tips: 1,If the picture is not clear, you can adjust the lens of the network camera to get the best focus. 2,Please do not move the camera manually, because it may damage internal devices easily. Frequently asked questions:1,Q:Can the camera record video while im not connected to it so i could watch it later?
A:Yes,you can record it and see it later.However,it can only be recorded to hard drive.
2,Q:Does this come with any software, if so how many cameras will it support?
A:The software comes within a CD,and we are told by our supplier that it could support up to 100 cameras.
However,the actual number will depend on your computer and network.
3,Q:Can I monitor it at home and via the internet/mobile phone (android)?
A:You can monitor them at anywhere using Internet if your mobile phone is iphone or android system.
4,Q:How many languages can it support?
A:It can support 4 languages: English,Chinese,Russian,Japanese.
5,Q:can these connect with my network without a hard lan cable?can these be mounted outside?
A:It can connect with your network throught either network wire or WIFI.
It is NOT waterproof and if you want to use it outside you should prevent it from rain.
6,Q:Can it work with Mac computer? A:Yes,It can work with Apple Mac computer,however,there is no software for Mac,you can only use IE Browser to monitor it.
7,Q:Does it need computer for viewing video online or it directly connecting to WiFi modem?
A:It can directly connect to the Wifi router with the WIFI antenna.
Or it can connect through RJ45 cable to the router.
And you can monitor them at home use Internet or mobile phone if android system or iphone.
8,Q:How many users can use it at the same time?
A:It can support 10 users to use it at the same time in different places.
9:Q:Do this ip cam support remote pan tilt control?
A:Yes,it can support remote remote pan tilt control.You can control it with your computer or your mobile phone.
However,some models of cellphone can NOT support pan tilt control.
10,Q:I forget my password,what should I do?
A:You can point the reset button at the bottom of the IP camera and hold it for 5~10s, then it will back to factory setting. Then you can use the default user name "admin" and password "admin". |
