- Our shipments are made Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Our handling time is usually 2 business days (not including holidays or weekends).
- International buyers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and/or tariffs charged by the customs in your country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the duties, taxes and/or tariffs as they are determined by the customs in your country. The item or shipping cost does NOT include the duties, taxes and/or tariffs. Buyer is responsible for these charges at the destination. Also note that transit times are longer for international shipments and may constitute for delays by customs at destination.

There is a 7-day return policy for our products. Carefully inspect the items upon receipt. Claims for refunds or exchanges must be documented and communicated to us prior to the final approval process taking place. All items received without a pre-approval will be returned to the sender, at their expense
New, unused, sealed items purchased within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. This policy begins on the day of receipt of the product, and must be in Wuzbee possession within the 7 days allotted. Any item received over the 7 day return/exchange period will be returned to the customer by Wuzbee. All our Bluetooth wireless headsets are covered under the manufacturers' limited warranty which is included in your purchase.
A restocking fee may be charged for the following reasons:
· All opened items which are non-defective will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee which is determined by our return department.
· A restocking fee may also be charged if the return is not due to our error. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· We recommend our customers to research items prior to purchase to determine compatibility with their wireless devices. A restocking fee may also be charged for incompatibility issues.
· A restocking fee will be charged for all opened Bluetooth headsets, irrelevant of the condition they are sent back in.
Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
