1、 Products have floating hair?
A: wig always has floating hair, when you get it, do not too eager to use, use a steel comb to comb it first.

2、Wig smelly?

A: wig usually has no smell. To secure it during international shipping, we have strict packaging requirements, the package is very well sealed and the entire shipping time is often longer than eight days. So it may has some unpleasant odor, when you receive it , clean with warm water (you can use the ordinary shampoo too if you like, but never use hot water,it may ruin the wig forever), then dry it, do not expose in the sun.  

3、Is the wig exactly the same as the picture?

A:We have to fold  the wig when packaging, so the product can not be exactly the same as the picture presented to you, but the style of our product is already  fixed, you only need to deal with it with a little care, such as put it on a model  and comb it, or wash it.

4、Wig color and picture exactly the same it?

A:Camera technology,light shine,  the angle when taking photo are all important causes  which may lead to some color difference as well as the pixels of different screen of computer.
