How do I determine what size cellophane bag I need?

• Measure the width of your basket or gift (left to right).
• Measure the diameter of your basket or gift (front to back).
• Add the width plus the diameter. This is the width of the cellophane bag you need.

For example: if the width of your basket is 8 inches and the diameter is 4 inches, you would need at least a 12 inch wide bag.

How do I determine how much shred I need to fill my basket?

There is no specific set formula... it depends on the size of the basket, how much you add in shreds, how many items, etc. But, you can build up the bottom of the basket with crumpled tissue or paper to lessen the amount of the shreds that you have to use. We have however provided some information listed below to help you make a more informed decision. There are approximately 30-40 handfuls of shred in a pound of crinkle cut shred.

• Each 1 lb. bag contains 16 oz., or approximately 30 to 40 handfuls of shred.
• Five Pound Boxes are 18"w x 12"h x 9"d and will expand upon opening.
• Ten Pound boxes are 24"w x 11"h x 16"d and are packaged very tight - they will expand upon opening.
