• If the product is defective, you will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the product to us.*
• If you're returning from outside the U.S., please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS, DHL or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.
• Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
