Shipping Policy

All our items are located at USA. All buyers are requested to provide us their contact number to process their shipment.

International buyers are responsible for taxes and customs duties in their own countries. Import duties, taxes and other charges levied in the importing country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying from us.

Shipping transit times are estimated times given which do not include postal or customs delays. It is common for international delivery to take longer time due to delays in clearing customs which is not in our control.

Items will be shipped to PayPal confirmed address only. Once the item is shipped we will provide you the tracking number within 24 hours. Items will be shipped through the shipping mode selected at the time of purchase. For expedited shipping please choose appropiate shipping mode while placing the order. The shippings options available is mentioned in the chart below.

In some countries we do not get a full insurance. Our customer service representative will call you or email you regarding the available insurance and ship only if you are ready to take the risk. In case the shipping service choosen is not availble our customer service representative wil call or email you to suggest you aulternate shipping service available. Item will be shipped only if you agree to opt for the aulternate shipping method and ready to pay additional shipping charges if any. If you do not agree to the change in shipping service the order will be canceled and funds will be refunded to you.

Note:

• USA Domestic Shipping. (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO &FPO) these orders are shipped only through USPS.
• Transit Time (days are defined as business days excluding holidays which are estimated as per normal circumstances)
• Transit time is not same as delivery time. Transit time is estimated time taken by the carrier company after we ship out the item.

The above shipping charges do not include custom duty and taxes. Buyer will be responsible to pay the custom duty and taxes if any, applicable in their country at the time of delivery.

Returns/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept the product back without any questions asked following are the conditions:

1. The product should be in original condition. (Items that show signs of usage, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.) And in its original box along with all accompanied documents and accessaries. Items which are worn and develop a problem after they are worn can in no circumstances be returned for a refund.
2. In case you do not like the item, it should be returned to us within 14 days from date of receipt.
3. Shipping charges paid by us are non- refundable.
4. Merchandise originally ship for free will be subject to deduction of $13 against the expenses and shipping charges incurred by us to ship the item.
5. Shipping charges for returning the item will be buyer responsibility.
6. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
7. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of Return Shipments.
8. International buyers make sure to mark the item as RETURNS with the RMA number allotted.
9. Please send us a message regarding your intent to return the item for an exchange or refund so that our customer service team can issue you a return RMA number to keep a track of the return merchandise. This will help us to process your exchange or refund as soon as we receive the item back.
10. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receipt of return.
