All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in the same brand new condition it was shipped to you in. Items that have been, used, installed, or changed from their original condition will not be accepted back for a return. Buyer has 14 calendar days from receiving their product to contact us to request an RMA number. Items returned without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. Buyer must return the item(s) with a delivery confirmation or tracking number through UPS, FedEx, or USPS with insurance to cover any loss or damages.
