Please contact us within 3 days after receiving and keep all packaging, documentation, etc. if there is any problem with your order. Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items when received. If exchanges could not resolve the issue, we will refund the cost of the merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS. Customer's item must be returned to our facility with Return Order Form at the buyers’ shipping expense.
