We have a 14-day, money-back guarantee. We will accept product returns that still have the original packaging and tags which are in place. The product should be in its original condition.

As for our exchange policy, we provide a one-time, easy exchange procedure on sunglass and eyeglass frame return 14 days from the day it was shipped. New item will be shipped for free, but you will be responsible for the fees you incurred when you return the original time to us.

Non-faulty items which are given back, but were not replaced will get a complete refund minus the shipping fee. In the case of the free shipping, the fee is going to be $9.99. You will be liable for the shipping cost in the event that you send the item back.
