All items are shipped either through UPS, FEDEX, or USPS based on item weight value and shipping speed selected. For most urgent items for that special occasion, UPS overnight is available, as well as 2nd and 3rd Day Air. If you are not in a rush, UPS Ground / USPS service is the most economical choice going forward. For security purposes, any package above $250.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
Smaller accessories will be processed through USPS. Some items will come with tracking. Batteries and sim cards and very small items will be shipped using usps first class mail tracking within 24hrs of your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Returns and Refunds
All orders valued over $250.00 will require signature upon delivery.
How to return an item?
- E-mail us for a return authorization and reason for your return within 14 days of receipt of product. Please provide your order number.
WorldWide Distributors will accept returns for product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions and with exceptions to below points:
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
- We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund if you use our postage-paid return label, unless the return is a result of our error. It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can further research the issue.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
- Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
- All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
- All exchanges & returns & claims must be in original factory cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees

- Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery: 80% of item's price..
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price
Below are categorized exceptions to our standard 14 day return policy:
- WorldWide Distributors will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
- WorldWide Distributors will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal systems.
The following products carry only a manufacturer s warranty:
Computers, Video Cameras, MP3 Players, iPods, iPads, Any Apple Products, Tablets, PC Hardware, Navigation, Point Cards, Software & Projectors- We will not accept any returns if the unit has been open and the factory seal is broken.
