Return Policy
Buy-It-Now only items may be returned in an UNUSED condition within 14 days. All returns require an RA#, please contact customer service by Clicking Here to request your RA#.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15% restocking fee on all voluntary returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable & insured shipping method is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.

How Long Do I Have To Pay?
Payment is due within 7 days of the item close for the value of items purchased, selected shipping method and sales tax where applicable (NY 8% and VA 5%). Currently Rock Bottom Golf only accepts PayPal as a payment method, however PayPal is able to process all major credit cards.
Your order total will be automatically provided for you as you visit checkout and select your shipping method and location. To access your invoice, click on the link provided in your payment instructions email, or the checkout link in any of your listings.
