The listing is deceiving at best,I thought that I was buying from an authorized reseller, in a retail box, BUT, this was delivered bubble-wrapped in a USPS box. I contacted the seller asking if the product was legit and THEN they came and said they WERE an authorized retailer in the past and this was OEM leftover stock for the casters...SO buy these at your own risk, if they are original OEM I will never know for sure, but the casters work on the original Aeron Chairs. Buy at your own risk.
