Long before becoming a seller I was an eBay buyer. I know the joys and disappointments of buying on eBay. I will do my best to make our transaction experience a joy for both of us.

Returns - Please address concerns and questions prior to bidding or buying. Items are described to the best of my ability. I list both good aspects and defects with honesty. If upon receiving the item, you feel it was intentionally grossly misrepresented or it arrived broken; please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. We can work together to reach a fair outcome. Returns are done as money back (funds to your PayPal account) unless otherwise agreed upon. Item for return must be returned within 20 days of buyer’s receiving it. Item will be received in original or seller agreed upon (i.e. broken item) condition before refund is issued. Return shipping is paid by buyer and not reimbursed, except when agreed upon by seller. Please contact me through eBay’s message center.

Payments – Payments are due 7 days from item purchase, end of auction or combined invoicing. Please note: If payment is not received within 7 days, all transactions are automatically sent to the automated Unpaid Item System.
Shipping and Handling - Items ship within 3 business days after cleared payment. (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not included in business days.) Careful care is taken in packaging and shipping items.
I do my best to keep shipping fees on the low side. As an on-going eBay buyer and seller, I am also shocked at the cost of shipping. Shipping rates for Priority Mail start at $5.10 for 1 ounce to 1 pound then rates increase from there according to the destination, weight and size of the boxed item. I offer USPS Priority, Parcel Post, First Class and Media mail according to the boxed item/s to keep rates low. I also offer free shipping. The free shipping is for only the listed free shipping method. If the buyer prefers a different method other than the free shipping method listed on the item, the buyer pays full price for the other shipping method.
Please Note Shipping Method Delivery Estimates: Priority Mail is 1 to 3 business days, First class is 1 to 3 business days with weight restrictions, Parcel post and Media Mail are 2 to 9 business days. These times start after I have dropped the package at the post office and do not include holidays or weekends.
Handling Fees: My handling fees run between .35 to $5.00 to cover packaging materials and extra shipping costs (insurance, non-USPS boxes, packing peanuts, bubble-wrap, packing tape, ink cartridges for label printing, plastic bags, and other items). Handling fees are included in Free Ship items costs.
