• Items are handled on a case by case basis. Our goal is customer satisfaction.
• Please contact us immediately if you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Returns or exchanges need prior approval with a 4 digit confirmation code by management and must be with your return.
• Returns are accepted within 14 business days if the item is not as represented.
• Buyer must pay for return shipping costs and insurance.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received including all material such as shipping box, manuals, and hang tag.
• We will refund your money (minus shipping costs) by the same method that was paid 48 hours after we receive the item (subject to the item being in the same condition when sold, including all enclosures).
