• We have included all the photographs required to authenticate the items we are selling.
• Feel free to use our pictures as references but do NOT copy them without our permission.
• Each computer screen varies so there may be a slight color variation from what you see and the actual color of an item.  We include the manufacturers' color names or codes to assist you in making smart color choices.  Feel free to us "ask seller a question" if you need additional assistance. 
• Lighting may also affect the way a color looks.  Google the item to see a wider variety of photos to help make the best decision.
• Small screens on phones used for shopping may also make color matches difficult.
• If we have included the designer's color name or number in the listing, color is not a valid reason to return your purchase.

Fast Easy Delivery of Your Order!

• eBay has now added a tab at near the top of the listing which you can use to get all your shipping options.
• For the security of all our transactions, we ship to the address provided by both eBay and paypal in the shipping details.  We will NEVER ship to an alternate address you send us in a note or call us with.  Your credit card, paypal account and eBay do not allow for this to be done under the buyer protection and seller protection programs.
• Many of our items are oversized and / or require special packaging and signature confirmations. These fees are reflected in our shipping calculation.
• Need your purchase yesterday? Please Contact Us when you make your payment including the Express Mail Service charge. We ship just about every day (Monday thru Saturday) but occasionally we take a morning to go shopping for our clients. If you let us know, we will make every effort to get your purchase out immediately!
• We can not be responsible for delays delivering your package - once it is shipped by us we are no longer in control of the delivery.  The Post Office is pretty good but rarely a package gets mis-routed so you may need to have a bit of patience.

Insurance:

• The US Mail is pretty good but since nobody is perfect - we insure all shipments at no additional expense to our buyers.
• For security, our insurance carrier requires that we not mark the outside of the box that the package is insured.
• Any purchase of $250 or more will also require a signature for delivery.

Multiple Purchases:

• Almost all our items are Buy It Now Instant Purchases requiring Instant Payment so use the Shopping Cart function to combine your purchases.

Non-USA Buyers

• Please combine all shipments in the SHOPPING CART prior to purchase so we may combine to save shipping charges for you.
• Non-USA buyers can qualify for no charge shipping when the purchase exceeds $1000.  If you have problems just contact us so we can assist you.
• We ship worldwide using International Express Mail and that is what you will find quoted when you check the shipping calculator - other methods are less secure or more costly.
• We can not be responsible for delays delivering your package - once it is shipped by us we are no longer in control of the delivery.

Insurance:

• International Mail is pretty good but since nobody is perfect - we insure all shipments at no additional charge to our buyers.

Duty:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

New Return Policy:

• We will accept an item back if we have shipped you the wrong item.  Please contact us immediately if this happens.
• Because we often receive small quantities of individual styles, please be fair to other buyers and know your needs before you purchase to avoid un-necessary returns.  We will take back items that are un-used and in the original packaging.  All returns must be sent back with the original packaging and paperwork and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  We do not accept returns of used or damaged items.
• If we ship to the address provided by eBay and paypal and the package is shipped back by the post office because of a bad address we automatically cancel the transaction.  Your refund will be processed minus the actual cost of shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Now the Required Small Print:

• We do not work for any of the brands that we sell or represent them in any manner.
• We do hand pick all our products directly from authorized dealers and know they are authentic, un-used, quality items.
• All manufacturers’ warranties are valid for all items purchased from us unless otherwise stated.
• If we receive more than one of a style we will only use one set of photos.  Pattern placement may vary.
• Serial numbers are NEVER scratched off or removed to invalidate warranties.
• Any paperwork, booklets or warranty information normally provided by the manufacturer is included with your purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Purchasing any of our items confirms you have read and agreed to all our conditions and terms.
