If you have any questions or comments you can email us through Ebay. Before purchasing an item please make sure that it is compatible with your system. You can always contact us if you are unsure. We are only able to provide limited technical support on the products that we sell. We trust that the buyer understands what he or she is ordering and how to correctly install their part.
Positive feedback is left automatically once we receive your payment. Please email us about any problems before leaving us neutral or negative feedback. We take care of every problem that is brought to our attention and we answer every email that is sent to us. If we do not get back to you within 24 hours M-F please email us again because we probably did not get the email.
All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.
Return for refund:
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. On items returned for a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping charges. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.
If an item is DOA please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. In the event that you receive a defective item we will cover the shipping charges. If you do not wish to exchange the defective item it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. An item may only be exchanged for something similar to the item purchased. An example would be if you accidently purchased the wrong keyboard then we can exchange it for the correct keyboard. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges and differences in price.
