This is a brand new, sealed in box:

Goodman central A/C Condenser Unit.

It is a 230 volt, Single Phase, R-22 unit that works on virtually all residential and most light commercial applications.

Also has a sturdy, metal casing with a full jacket construction that is important for protection from all types of weather.
