Up for auction is a Brand New Factory Sealed iPhone 3GS - 8GB delivered to me from AT&T.  The phone is not refurbished.  I received it about a couple of weeks ago after I renewed my business plan with AT&T and purchased discounted iPhones for each phone line on my plan.  All my employees kept their existing phones and I am selling the iPhones on Ebay.
