We have a 14 day return policy refunding the winning bid or purchase for items returned to us in their original condition. Item must be received in the original condition with any labels, tags, etc. still attached prior to refund being issued. We will refund the original sale price, excluding shipping costs. Please notify us of intent to return an item so we can provide you with our return address. Return postage is the Buyer's responsibility. If the item was grossly misrepresented, return the item for a full refund including the original shipping cost. We cannot be responsible for return shipping. All returns are processed through eBay and refunds are issued back to your Paypal account upon receipt of returned item. Refunds for items that shipped free will be the item sale price minus our cost of shipping.
