Approximately 99% of the merchandise that we sell, has recently come off lease or is otherwise in used condition. Although we specialize in selling computers and related equipment, we do not offer any hardware or software support. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the merchandise or a supporter in your area if you have any questions or should any issues arise in terms of product support.
Payment for all items purchased on eBay must be received within 14 days of the end of the auction. After the 14 day period has passed without payment being received, the merchandise will no longer be held and will be resold or relisted on eBay. A Non-Paying Bidder Alert will also be filed as standard procedure to obtain our lost fees back from eBay. Please note that if an alert is filed in connection with your account, it does count against you with eBay and may result in account suspension
Shipping & Tracking
Most stated shipping charges are to cover shipping via UPS ground service within the contiguous lower 48 United States of America ONLY. We exclusively use UPS for shipping except for some of our large items such as 21-inch PC monitors, large servers, and large printers. We do not ship with the post office (USPS), therefore we do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. We do not ship COD. We do not ship outside of the USA or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Wake Island, Johnston Atoll, Baker, Howland, and Jarvis Islands, Kingman Reef, Navassa Island, and Palmyra Atoll. We generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Additional funds are required for shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii since shipment by air is required. We do not discount shipping any further for multiple items orders. To track your UPS order, click HERE and enter your eBay item number into the "Reference Number" box, check the box at the bottom, and click "Track" If your shipment is not displayed, it has either not shipped yet or is not in the UPS tracking system yet, please try tracking the next day.
If you received merchandise from us that was damaged during shipment, is defective and carries a warranty, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us either by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Should you have to ship your item back to us, all accessories that were shipped with your item must also be returned in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the conditions for a refund are not met, we may choose, at our discretion, to accept the return of an item for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. All of the merchandise that we sell is sold in used condition, 'AS IS', and without warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise in the auction listing. Initial shipment charges are not refundable. If you do purchase the extended warranty with Square Trade, it is active 30 days after you purchase it. We do no provide any warranty unless stated in auction. If your unit has an issue within the 30 day period between purchase and warranty start you must wait to contact Square Trade until the start date of your warranty with them.
