• We offer FREE SHIPPING!  The carrier depends on your location, and could be either FedEx or USPS.  

• If you need your purchase by a certain date, please let us know and we will let you know what options could accommodate your request.  Some of these faster options may involve an additional fee.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for handling (but usually within one day). 

• Free shipping does not apply on international shipments. Please let us know if you want to purchase more than one item, we do combine shipping costs. We do everything possible to minimize your shipping and handling costs!

We buy closeouts of brand name shoes, boots and clothing (or sell overstock from our shoe store) and make them available to E-Bay customers and customers at our physical location in New England at deep discounts off the Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) of these items. We may also sell new or rare items at the SRP or lower.

RETURNS

• Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issue you have before leaving feedback.  We do not consider the transaction complete until you are satisfied!  (We do occasionally make mistakes, but we always try to be fair!)

• We ask that you return an item as soon as possible after discovering that it won't work for you.  Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we agree that the item description was not correct -- in that case we will pay return shipping). 

• Any questions about an exchange, or if you feel an item was mis-represented, please contact us prior to returning the item.

• You will receive a full refund via PayPal if you ship the item back within 7 days after you receive it (we're generally flexible about this).  Please consider someone else who may buy the item and return everything that came with your purchase! 

• ***PLEASE WRITE THE EBAY ITEM NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX AND/OR INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP SO WE KNOW WHO TO GIVE THE REFUND TO!***

• Returns that come to us more than 30 days after the original transaction date, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.  

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept footwear returned after it has been worn outside, after the soles are worn, or if the shoes show wear in any way. There are NO REFUNDS on items that are purchased NEW and are returned USED.
