You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your item if you would like to qualify for an exchange or return. Please do not ship your items back without receiving prior approval from us. Any items sent back to us without our approval may not qualify for a return or exchange.

If a refund is desired, prior to us crediting your account the following conditions apply: We must have received the original item; All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable; Please be advised that returned items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If an exchange is desired, prior to us shipping your new item the following conditions apply: We must have received the original item; Any additional payments associated with the exchange must be settled; In an event a direct exchange is not possible, you may request a refund as per above guidelines or request a store credit; Store credit must be used within a one year period; All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

All returned or exchanged items must be unworn and be in original packaging, with tags attached.

All costumes purchased between October 15th and November 4th may not be returned regardless of the circumstance. With this in mind we encourage you to make your purchases early.
