Return, Warranty/Exchange Terms & Conditions: • Please read our following policy carefully prior to purchasing. • We offer 7-days full refund if returned in original condition and not installed; If the unit returned is not in original condition, the refund will be less shipping freight. • Refund after 7 days upon receipt or 15 days after eBay purchase will be purchase price less shipping freight. Refund after 45 days of eBay purchase will be subject to 25% re-stock charge on original purchase price and less shipping freight. • We offer one year limited warranty on product sold and we ship warranty replacement assembly freight pre-paid to DOMESTIC customers only. • Our warranty is extended only for assemblies correctly and properly installed in vehicle, not modified or damaged. • If replacement is requested and sent due to incorrect identification of vehicle application by the customer, the same freight and handling will be charged. • Any returned product must enclose proof of purchase in the return package or the request for exchange or refund will not be processed. The proof of purchase includes copy of any one of following documents: eBay purchase slip, eBay invoice, PayPal payment record or packing slip.
