General Information:
We have an 7 days unconditional return policy for items returned
to us in their original condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, we
require that you send it back to us with a completed
Product Return & Exchange Form. (click link to print a copy now)
20% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned for
refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Items may have minor scratches and color
variation due the nature of leather. It is our duty that you 100% satisfied with
your purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges on new never used
merchandise.
Please be sure to keep insurance on your package. We do not accept returns on
damaged or used merchandise.
If used or damaged merchandise is received we will ship it back at the customers
expense.
Exchange cost for US 48states.
$20.00 Fee for exchanging saddle will be charged.
$12.00 Fee for all other medium sized accessories exchanges. (blanket pads,
winter blanket and etc)
$6.00 Fee for all small sized accessories exchanges. (girth, tack, back cinch
and etc)
