Returns/Exchanges:

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.  We cannot issue refunds for parts that have been taken from the original packaging, installed, used or that are past the 30 day time frame.

• We will pay the shipping costs and return shipping costs if the return is because of an error on our part.  Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
• We will typically issue refunds within 5 business days of our receipt of the item.
• If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will handle the replacement much like a refund, with the replacement item shipped after we have received the original item.
