All American Supply has been a leader in the DTG/direct to garment industry since 2004. Our expert staff has the knowledge and ability to guide your business in the right direction. The NeoFlex textile option (NeoTex for short) is the perfect machine for printing full color images with photorealistic quality on just about any type of garment. Your art will no longer be limited by your printing method. The NeoTex Inks are powered by DuPont Artistri Technology and represent the pinnacle of digital textile printing. These inks are able to print on a variety of materials including 100% cotton, cotton poly blends, and certain types of 100% polyester. The NeoTex inks come in both bulk feed and sealed cartridge systems to cater to your production needs. With the bulk feed system your average print on light shirts will run approx. $0.25 and on darks approx. $3.00 of ink. The NeoTex Printing System was specifically designed to offer superior print results with hardly any setup or cleanup time. The NeoTex’s 17"x42" printable area allows the operator to print 3 average sized light or dark garments in a single pass for fast production.
Why choose Digital Textile Printing?
Because digital printing lets you print the highest resolution images on white or dark garments without the shortcomings of screen-printing such as color limitation, long set up times, and mess. You no longer have to turn away customers requesting small runs or one-offs. You can expect fast and vivid results directly from your computer. Each t-shirt can have its own photo realistic design, all printed in a single pass.
The NeoFlex’s flatbed solvent technology (or NeoSol) can be applied to a multitude of substrates such as plastics, metals, glass, leather, ceramics, wood, etc. Depending on the application, most materials do not require any use of pretreatment or post treatment. The NeoSol Printing System is capable of handling jobs for indoor signage, commercial prototyping, interior design, promotional products, product customization, and more. Average ink costs run under $0.10 of ink, allowing for profitable results. The NeoSol Inks are a mild solvent based ink. These inks were specially formulated for the NeoSol printer and do not need to be run every day to prevent clogging. The inks do not possess any harsh solvent smell or caustic characteristics, and can be safely used in your home.
Why choose Solvent Printing?
Because solvent printing can be applied to numerous markets and has enormous profit potential. The NeoFlex is a uniquely affordable investment in solvent printing that applies the perks and customization of DTG technology to the multi substrate market. Finally you can handle small runs and one offs not only for textiles but also for your solvent needs. You will enjoy minimal ink costs and no pre treatment on most substrates. Whereas DTG has been on the market for five years, affordable digital solvent printing is new to the market allowing you to offer a unique service. Whatever you can fit in the printable area can have its own design, all printed in a single pass!
What's included with both options?
We have the best and most generous starter package in the industry. You will be provided with everything you will need to start your business. No hidden fees or costs! NeoRIP software, supplies, more supplies, support, and the longest warranty in the industry.
Neoflex Top 10*
1. Designed for Precision.
The powerful servo motor control system manages the NeoFlex’s movements on the Y and Z axes facilitating absolute precision and perfect registration on dark shirts every time. The NeoFlex is driven by a stainless steel precision drive screw and rides across a dual linear ball bearing transport system.
2. The NeoAdvantage.
The NeoFlex is the only printer on the market that allows you to convert between a textile and solvent printer within 2 minutes. The two minute switch allows you to be flexible to the market and offers the ability to diversify the level of products you can offer to your customers. The NeoFlex was designed to grow with your business. The NeoFlex comes in 3 different setups that are catered to your business needs – NeoTex w/ white ink, NeoTex w/ Dual CMYK, and the NeoSol solvent printing option. With the interchangeable printer units, you can rest assured that you can expand to the dynamic market’s demands. You can also purchase an additional mainframe base unit at any point in time if your production needs to grow.
3. Commercial vs. Desktop.
The NeoFlex is based on an Epson 4880 printer (commercial grade) with a printhead rating of 45,000 impressions. In contrast to most other machines, the printhead on NeoFlex has a Teflon coating that has drastically improved its vulnerability for nozzle clogs. Most competitors based their machines off an Epson 1800/2200 (desktop grade) printer with a printhead rating of 15,000 impressions and no Teflon coating. Please visit www.epson.com to see the difference yourself!
4. Print Large.
The NeoFlex has a 42”L x 17”W x 3”H printable area. With the NeoFlex’s flatbed technology, the operator is able to print a single image the entire length of the bed or multiple images that fit within this generous printable area. The NeoTex is able to fit 3 average size images in a single pass.
5. The Need for Speed.
On average the NeoTex can print 60+ white shirts an hour and 20-30 black shirts an hour. With regards to solvent, the NeoFlex’s large printable area allows the operator to load as many items it can place to be printed in a single pass.
6. NeoFlex vs. “One at a time machine”
The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous work flow. For example, as the printer completes one item, you are able to load a new item, all while the machine is already working on the next. The NeoFlex will cycle back and forth as many times as you instruct it to. With other machines on the market, the substrate is usually moving underneath the printer head resulting in inefficiencies in workflow. For example, as you load an item, you are idle waiting for the printer, as soon as the printer finishes, it is idle waiting for you to reload and send that data thru again. Therefore there is notable idle time between you and the machine.
7. Smart Multi-Pass Recognition (SMPR).
The NeoFlex is the first printer to implement SMPR technology (Smart Multi-Pass Recognition). The printer will recognize a multi-pass job such as printing on dark shirts, and will stop at the very last pixel printed on the first pass of ink and immediately move back to the beginning of the print to finish the next. This will significantly shorten your cycle time and offer you an edge over competitors with faster production capabilities.
8. Less Maintenance.
The NeoFlex system comes equipped with Auto clean functions to help prevent clogging for extended non printing periods. The cleaning can be programmed per hour using the LCD control panel conveniently located at the front of the machine. The control panel also manages the forward/back, and up and down motions of the printer. Other options are featured within the functions menu such as front and rear speed control.
9. NeoRIP Software.
The NeoRIP software comes with every NeoTex purchase. This powerful RIP program can handle all your textile and solvent printing needs. The NeoRIP can handle just about any generic file format type such as .eps, .ps, .bmp, .tif, .jpg. Special features include the template creator, job archiving, white grayscale printing, white highlight printing for textiles, as well as saving user defined media settings. The NeoRIP software is able to achieve extremely precise detail as well as gradients on light or dark garments. With the NeoSol solvent printing option, you are able to print photorealistic detail on just about any surface. Our team of color specialists will continually update you with new ICC profiles for numerous types of media that can be easily loaded into your software. Our goal is to ensure that your color output is unmatched in your market.
10. Superior Quality & Support.
Each NeoFlex goes through a rigorous 35 point check prior to shipping to the customer to ensure that every product is in perfect condition. With every NeoFlex purchase comes a 1 year limited warranty as well as technical support from our NeoSmart team of professional technicians.
