Double zippered and heavy duty. It's best if you put the sand in gallon freezer bags and then in these - just to be on the safe side. The zippers can be a bit tricky but work fine if you take your time. Highly recommended.

I have a bunch of these, what I do is fill up zip lock bags with play sand or small pebbles that you can buy at a home center and put them inside these bags. I dont recommend just dumping them into the san bags. They are nice to work with and can be used for many applications beside light stands. I also use them for speaker stand tripods, keeping my convertible hand dolly from rolling away on hilly streets and sometimes for tripod mic stands. Being safe not sorry is why they invented these sand bags.

These are amazing quality and work perfect. I never leave feedback till I use anything so you get an accurate review. Will buy more when needed.

Great for when you need just alittle extra for a solid base. Also use multiples on tripods light enough that they don't strain your back. Good construction.
