Return Policy Details We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship the next business day for all orders received by midnight EST. Due to drop shipment requirements of some purchases, some U.S. and Canadian orders may require additional lead times before an order ships. On Canadian orders, prices include the product and shipping. Brokerage, customs, duties, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. All non-electrical parts returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All electrical parts returned are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Any and all FREE items that may have been shipped with the original purchase must also be returned. Any Non-returned FREE items shall be charged at the current retail cost for such item, plus shipping charges. Any items shipped for FREE shall be subject to a return shipping charge. Method for return shipping charges shall be calculated by shipper used (USPS,UPS) and the type of shipping paid for by TreadmillPartsZone. Once parts have been installed, they are non-refundable. Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns made without the invoice number on the packaging or shipped freight collect will be refused. Any warranty that we administer does not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please write your invoice number on the outside of the packaging and it will serve as your return number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice as well as any instructions to the Returns dept. If your shipment arrives directly from a manufacturer do not return it to the manufacturer because many do not accept returns and you may not be issued credit.
