All sales are final! I do offer a money back guaranty. This is very limited. I cannot control the care you take with your plants, nor can I control Mother Nature. I will issue a Paypal refund if I made a great error in my auction listing, sent you the wrong plant, or forgot a portion of your order. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for an equal value exchange. In the event that your plant or seed order does not thrive as it should, I will gladly replace your order for no charge. The cost to ship the replacement is the buyer's responsibility. Please make sure you research care and purchase a plant hardy to your location.
If your seeds do not germinate or have a lower germination rate than expected, moist germination may be necessary. This can be done right in the pots by placing them in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks.

I am a recent graduate of the Master Gardeners Program. I am a gardener by hobby, not by trade. I have been gardening most of my life. I spent many years in my first husband's nationwide, wholesale, perennial and bulb business, brought overseas from Holland. This is where I gained most of my knowledge in cultivation and packaging methods. Everything else, I gained through trial and error in my own garden. The seeds you will be receiving are from my own gardens or the gardens of my fellow garden club members.
