SHIPPING

All of our items ship in secure, waterproof covering via UPS Ground. We do offer expedited shipping options on many of our items as well. At the time of shipment, we will email you all tracking information which will tell you the day the item is set to arrive.

ORDER PROCESSING

All of our orders are processed within 48hrs of cleared payment and typically ship out in 3 - 7 Business Days when ordered with standard shipping rate. RETURNS

We will gladly accept all returns within 14 Days from the day you receive your item. You, the buyer, are responsible for any return shipping charges. We do offer the option to purchase a pre-paid shipping label from UPS. Please send us an email to request a price quote.

Generally these rugs are in stock and available for shipping HOWEVER there may be instances where the rug listed may be on back order, is custom made or may be held up at port. In this case we will notify the buyer and cancel the order upon request. We welcome the opportunity to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
 

Please note: Many of our listing are displayed using the 5x8 size rug. The actual details in the pattern may differ for smaller items. For example: An item with 4 flowers in the 5x8 size, may have only 2 flowers in the smaller 2x3 size.
