Extrastock USA offers Free Shipping on all Home Furnishings and mattresses shipped within the continental United States with the exception of certain Special Delivery Situations, per below. The safest and most reliable shipping method will always be used and will be determined by the size and weight of the merchandise ordered. All merchandise shipped is insured and prepaid by Extrastock USA.
If any special delivery situations are required, we are happy to assist. Simply inform us prior to shipment so any necessary arrangements can be made. Special Delivery Situations include but are not limited to:
- International destinations
- Military facilities
- Stair carries - greater than two flights of stairs
- High-rise buildings - if no elevator is available or furniture does not fit in elevator
- Special stair configurations (including spiral or narrow staircases)
- Remote areas (including mountainous delivery)
Tracking your shipment
For your convenience, we allow you to track your products online. Once your merchandise is shipped, we will notify you via email with all shipping information and a tracking number. This tracking number should in most cases be able to provide you with an estimated delivery date.
The customer will be responsible to unload all merchandise from the back of the truck to their residence or business. Common Carrier Freight companies do not offer assistance in moving and assembling merchandise.
If you require help in unloading and assembling your purchased items or would rather have your items delivered to your garage or room of choice please contact us prior so we can make appropriate arrangement and choose the appropriate delivery service. Additional cost is applicable.
Transit & Delivery Time
There are many factors that determine how long it will take for your merchandise to be shipped and delivered to you. You will receive a notification via email with the tracking information once the order is shipped out. Stock items are usually shipped out within 48 hours and can take another 5-10 days for the freight company to deliver the merchandise.
Extrastock USA would prefer but does not require an adult signature at delivery. If you wish to have your item delivered to your doorstep/ garage without a signature, please leave a note in an obvious place for your driver saying "No Signature Required", together with your name and tracking number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise please notify Extrastock USA within 72 hours and we will issue a pick up and return the merchandise to our facilities. Please do not return any item to us or the furniture manufacturer without prior authorization.
Each item in our store is covered by the full Manufacturer's Warranty. If you would like more information regarding the warranty of a particular merchandies please contact Extrastock USA customer service.
Extrastock USA uses the safest and most reliable shipping methods available. Although not common, damages can occur for various reasons that are out of our control.
- If you receive damaged merchandise you must make all notations on the freight bill prior to accepting the merchandise and notify Extrastock USA within 72hrs. If the damages are severe please refuse the item that is damaged only and we will replace that item for you free of charge.
- If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer?s defect we will either replace the part that is defected or we will replace the entire unit if needed free of charge.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery.
When signing for received merchandise
- Please verify that you have received the correct amount of packages by checking the packing slip and receipt
- Customers must also properly inspect their packages and note if there are any damages on all copies of the delivery receipt
- We will usually ask you to provide us with photos of damaged merchandise.
