Payment
Payment: All Payments must be made through PayPal.
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of bidding. IF NOT RECEIVED within 7 days a No Pay alert will be filed on the 8th day.

Shipping
SHIPPING TIME: We try to ship every Friday, however, we are willing to ship earlier if you let us know. Payment must be received before shipment! International Shipping can
take 1 -3 weeks depending on location.
COMBINED Shipping: We are happy to COMBINE shipping! International Customers will be charged for the combined shipping + $2. Domestic buyers will be charged for the heaviest item and $2 for each additional item, however, should the overall cost to ship be more then the calculated shipping, we reserve the right to charge you for the combined shipping of all items with an added $2 shipping and handling fee.
Terms of Sale
My husband and I run our eBay store and bidding on a part time basis. We hand pick each and every item - no wholesale items. Therefore every item we post we attempt to produce interest,a sale and ultimately a happy customer. We try to keep our costs low but we still want and need to make a profit to make the time we spend make sense. Therefore, ALL Sales are final! However, Returns will ONLY be accepted for items that we GROSSLY misrepresented in our description and on a case by case basis. We try to describe our items as accurately and honestly as possible with photos and description. We expect buyers to ask questions about the item before bidding and especially before making payment. We try to respond within 24hours. It is the buyers (your) responsibility to clarify condition before bidding. Items that are damaged and we feel is salvageable will be described as such. If you get the item and it is not as described the burden of proof will be your responsibility. So please ASK before you buy.
Return requests must be submitted to us within 3 days of receipt to dispute the condition as described. No items will be refunded due to size issues, therefore we always provide tag size (when available) and measurements. Purchases should be based on measurements and how you want the item to fit, verses brand size. Brand sizes even when purchased in a store can be different from one manufacturer to another.
If you should ever have a problem with an item, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. We strive for 100% Satisfaction!! AGAIN!If you have any question, please ASK! About Us
We sell many types of items. We attempt to sell mostly items in "Like New" condition. We do not sell anything that we would not wear or use ourselves or give to family. At times we will have NEW items with tags and some without tags. We also sell what we consider to be gently worn (T-Shirts, jeans, etc) and vintage items which could be more then "gently" worn, faded, showing signs of fading, shrinkage, small repair needs, etc. but we will provide specifics in the item description. We try to describe our items as accurately and honestly as possible with photos to give a visual of the item and any issues the item may have. We would NEVER intentionally sell something that is damaged without divulging any issues in the description. If you have any question, please ASK! If you need more photos, we would be happy to oblige. IF you have any doubts about the item and/or after your question and additional photos we were still unable to provide you the ability to make an informed decision, please do not bid. While we want your business, we would rather not set ourselves up for a bad sale.
