THE RULES: Just a few simple ones:
1. Payments are due within seven days, not when you "FEEL" like it.
2.If you think that eBay rules and basic common sense do not apply to you, I'm sure there is a garage sale out there with your name on it.
3. If you want GREAT stuff cheap & quick with no frills, that's us. If you want fancy pants service, go to Nieman Marcus. (Harrods for you Brits).
4. Ebay bids are binding so please read listing and ask questions first. PLEASE do try to keep your kitty cats off the keyboard. Those pesky felines LOVE to place bids!
5. Ebay should be FUN! If you have no sense of humor, GET OUT now while you still can. The rest of my jokes will exasperate you!

Import duties, taxes and charges if any, are not included in the item price or shipping charges. As you can see, I have a few negs. I am not embarrassed by it, rather I feel as if I have "taken one for the team". Most are from newbies or others who did not know enough to contact me if they had a problem. Some are from crooks, cranks and wackos. I will happily admit that there are even some I deserved.
We all know the type; people who want something for nothing and will NEVER be satisfied no matter how many unborn children you promise them. I used to waste hours trying to please but it got me no where. Now, I just don't bother. I would much rather spend my time shipping and providing excellent service to my other 99.9% of customers. This does not mean that I ignore problems when they come up. I make an honest effort to work with every customer that has an issue. If a buyer is polite and has just a tiny bit of patience, I will bend over backwards to help them.
I believe that the thousands of statements from honest paying customers hold more weight than the few comments from a small number of bad apples. Please take into account the credibility of these buyers before jumping on the negative bandwagon.
THANK-YOU to all of buyers who made comments to me about my now "infamous" ( at least in my own mind), TOP FIVE EXCUSES FROM NON PAYING BIDDERS and Ode to the Idiots! These appeared on my listings for almost 10 years. Ebay removed these a few years back stating it was "unprofessional" . Don't worry if you missed it, I still have fun with some other things!
