Payment

The only payment method that we accept at this time is PayPal. Please make your payment at the time your order is placed. If you would like to order more than one item, please choose "buy it now" on each item that you wish to purchase and request a combined invoice before paying.

Sales Tax

For shipments to Georgia addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax.

Shipping

We combine shipping on all of our orders. If you would like to order more than one item, please choose "buy it now" on each item that you wish to purchase. Once the orders come through to us, we will send you one combined invoice with the combined shipping discount included ($0.99 for each additional item's shipping).

International orders: For orders being shipped to Canada and Mexico: the first item is $7.00 for shipping, and each additional item is only $3.00. For orders being shipped internationally (excluding Canada and Mexico): the first item is $16.00 for shipping, and each additional item is only $4.00. If the total weight of the package exceeds 4 pounds, it must be sent via priority mail international which will cause an increase in the shipping price. Please note that international orders can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to be delivered depending on the specific country's customs policies. Please send us a message if you need more information. If you do decide to place an order, please choose "buy it now" on the item(s) that you wish to purchase, but wait to pay until you receive an invoice from us with the shipping rate adjusted for an international shipment.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is any reason that you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. You are welcome to return any items within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly refund the price of the merchandise. Items must be returned in new condition and have not been washed or worn. In order to keep our prices so low, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping costs or return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order or provide an incorrect delivery address, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition.
• We advise insuring the package with the carrier.
• It is important that you save the tracking number for your return in case there are any issues during transit.
• Please note: unless the return is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs. Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund for the price of the merchandise to the Paypal account that was used to place the order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please send us a message through eBay including a picture of the damaged goods. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
