Order Processing & Shipping Times

Any questions / issues / problems should be directed to our customer service department by emailing us through Ebay. Please understand and keep in mind that we receive numerous emails each and every day.  In most cases, emails are answered within 24 hours in the order in which they were received.

Product Availability Disclaimer

Merchandise availability are subject to change at any time. While we strive to keep an accurate inventory of products, our inventory levels change on a daily basis and we sell through a variety of different marketplaces and avenues, which may result in outages of certain products. If a product becomes out of stock, attempts to contact the customer will be made. When contacted you will have the option to cancel the order with a full refund or have the product shipped to you if and when stocking levels are replenished, usually within 30 days. Please note that many products may not be able to be replenished, in which case a full refund will be granted.

Shipping Policy

We only ship within the continental United States……No exceptions!  No international orders or orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, etc.

We offer free pick-up at our warehouse located in Clovis, CA.  However, 48 hours advance notice is required for any pick-ups. Please email us to make pick-up arrangements.

When we don’t offer “free shipping”…we offer a combined shipping discount of 25% off on multiple purchases on items other than “free shipping”.  To calculate shipping charges on multiple purchases, add up the total shipping charges, and then take 75% of that figure.   

If you purchase multiple items and would like to take advantage of our 25% combined shipping discount, please request your payment total from us in order have your discounted shipping amount reflected in your invoice.
