A note about NWT, NWOT, Catalog Returns.
My items come to you from a clean, smoke-free and pet-free environment.
I do not purchase from thrift stores or garage sales. I don’t purchase directly from China or any other country. I also don’t sell used items from my closet.
Most of the items NWT and NWOT are part of department store(s) overstock/liquidation shelf pull sales.Some items have had not only the hang tag removed, but also the inner designer label removed. Sometimes there is just a line through the label. Sometimes the tags were cut by the original marketplace before they were sold into overstock/liquidation market. They may remove the designer name/size tag, but they don't remove all of the tags (holograms, fabric content, etc.) Still, these items are brand new and in perfect condition. Lots of my items were store displays-it means they were on a mannequin or a window display and were not tagged.
Some items appear to look like they have been returned. I will mention that if I see any sign of it. There are inherent issues with these types of products. They have been shipped several times. They may have been handled by previous customers. There may be minor make-up marks or very small snags or runs. I will do my best to represent them. As a buyer you need to understand this type of product and be willing to accept some risk in the product. In any case, based on similar items in my stock, I have estimated a fair market value for the item. I am not an expert, however, so please use your own judgment when determining value for a given item. Most of the pictures were taken by me; some of them are stock representations from vendor. Due to variances in lighting and or computer settings colors may appear different in person.
Swimwear; Most of the catalog’s swimwear sold separately (top and bottom), so both pieces were not cut from same piece of fabric. Colors and texture, however, are very similar. All Victoria Secret Swimwear comes with cut off tags, unless you buy it directly from VS. You will only see rose signature size tag.
Some of the times items were steam ironed to take wrinkle-free photos, but not washed-not to ruin original shape and tags, so items expected to be little bit dusty from manuf.box or after hanging or on display for some time. They might have dark marks or colors may be dull from sunlight or dust, deodorant, etc. - it will be gone after gentle rinsing or dry-cleaning. I won’t usually mention it for every item. I do not purchase and list any items with permanent stains or damages that cannot be easily fixed. Sometimes there are small flaws, like seam separated or thread pulls, especially on silk, chiffon and other delicate materials. Those sorts of flaws are the main reason why items were not sold in department stores and it’s why you get them at discounted price. If it is something I can easily fix and it is not visible, I will do that. If there are any large stains or tears – I will always mention it in the description or will not list anything like that at all. It is always a good idea to wash or dry-clean purchased items. You never know who tried them on before you.
Return / Damage Policy
Sales are final unless the item is materially misrepresented, or I ship you the wrong item. I inspect ALL of my items before listing and before shipping and list flaws (if any) in the description. Please do not claim that you received damaged item if you want to return it just because you didn’t like it. I agree that sometimes we don’t like everything we buy, so, if you absolutely have to return it, please contact me and return item within 3 days of receiving your item. Restocking fee applies – I am not a manufacturer, and should not be responsible for items quality if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Items cannot be washed or show any sign of wear, all the tags to be present.
Refunds for any reason must be discussed with me prior to issuance. No refund will be issued prior to receipt back of merchandise in original shipped condition. Please do not send anything back, unless you’ve already discussed it with me. I will do my best to work with you to resolve any issues. I, however, reserve the right to refuse a refund - this would include buyer's remorse or damage and or use of item by buyer. If return is accepted, only the auction price will be refunded,shipping charges and shipping back to me will be at the buyers cost, buyer is also responsible for restocking fees of $5.00 (Unless amount is different on that item’s description). Items to be returned via traceable mail, with confirmation # provided.
To avoid some returns, carefully verify your size and bid accordingly, because if you are size 12 bidding on size 6, most likely it is not going to fit and you’ll waste your money on S&H :) And remember to read Fine Print to have an idea what kind of merchandise I sell. For your convenience I will list most common size measurements on the bottom of this page. All measurements in the description are very approximate.

One last thing…
I greatly appreciate you taking your time, watching my items and bidding on them. In return I will try to go extra mile for you if I can. There is only one thing I would ask… please, do not expect from me more than I can do. Due to multiple questions, there are a couple of things I’d like to mention:
* PayPal payment is only immediate if you have a positive balance on your PayPal account. If you pay with non-USA issued Credit Card, Debit Card or with e-check, your payment has to clear before I mail your item to you. It may take up to 4 days (may take longer for international banks), so if you are in a hurry to receive your item, you should pay ASAP, pick Express Mail or ask for Buy It Now option, not to wait until auction ends.
** Shipping charges are not taken out of the blue. They are actual USPS rates based on the weight of your package,
I will be happy to arrange a pick up for you if you live anywhere near me and are willing to drive to my area.
*** "Free Shipping" isn't really free, you know that, right? It is paid from my pocket. Also it is the slowest one.
