International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payments to be made through PayPal only. Please make sure your address with your PayPal payment is correct, we are not responsible for errors that occur due to your address not being correct. If payment is not received we will open an unpaid item dispute. If after 7 days the item will be re-listed and no longer available to you, the buyer. If your payment is not covered by PayPal’s seller protection then we will refund the payment and give you until the 7 days are up to provide another form of payment. This does not include confirmed addresses; this only applies to non-verified / authorized PayPal payments. International buyers please include your telephone number with your payment.
We are happy to ship your gifts purchased in our store to your friends and family members. Just let us know with your payment that it is a gift and where it actually needs to go. We do not include invoices or pricing information with our shipments so the recipients will not know what was paid for their gifts.
We will accept returns on merchandise if you have contacted us within 3 business days of your receiving the item. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the original shipping and handling charges. If you are returning the item for a refund then we will refund the original purchase price only once we receive the item back and it is found to be in the original condition we shipped it out to you. If the item being returned is defective then we will ship out the new item to you once we receive the defective one back and we will be responsible for the second shipping charges.
We will leave feedback for our buyers as soon as we can. We believe that if a customer has completed the transaction in a timely and pleasant manner then we will gladly leave positive feedback. We would appreciate feedback from our customers. If you had a problem with a transaction, then contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will do what is right in fixing the matter.
Shipping / Handling
The shipping calculator toward the bottom of the listing will give you the shipping options and prices. We will ship your items out to you within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payments. They will be shipped via USPS in almost all cases and with Delivery Confirmation and you will receive an email from PayPal with this information. We do charge a small handling fee for each of our listings.
Combined Shipping Discount
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases so go ahead and complete the buy it now and wait for your invoice to qualify for the combined shipping discount. If you have made multiple purchases and paid for them without waiting for a discounted invoice then a discount or refund will not be given automatically.
Most of our listings will show a shipping quote toward the bottom of the listing under the shipping section. If one does not show up then send us an email requesting the shipping amount. This has to be done manually for our larger items so please be patient with us as we get several of these requests daily due to the postal service restrictions on many of your countries. The buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, fees and any other charges incurred with the delivery of this item. We are only charging the shipping and handling fees associated with us getting it shipped out to you. We mark our customs forms as Other Merchandise and will place their value at the correct amount it was purchased from us at.
We ship Priority and Express Mail only.
Feel free to ask us questions you have about our products and services. Be sure to read the listing thoroughly as most of the questions we get are already answered in the listing. We will not respond to unreasonable requests to reduce our prices or questions deemed inappropriate. If your question has not been answered in a timely manner then re-read the listing, the answer may already be in the listing, if not do not hesitate to re-ask the questions, we get several questions daily, so it is sometimes hard to keep up with all of them.
