Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Combined shipping discounts will be applied to multiple-item purchases as long as all items are paid for with one combined payment through our checkout system (see checkout section above).


Shipments to International locations are shipped via FedEx International Economy, except for addresses with remote area delivery fee and orders with large packages, which are shipped via USPS. Priority Mail. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS. 


All international orders will be subject to duties and/or tariffs imposed by the local governments, as well as possible brokerage fees imposed by the shipping company. By purchasing this item, International customers must agree to be liable for any and all of these charges. We will not mark your package as a gift, sample, or replacement.

via eBay messages to fix the problem before leaving feedback. We will send you a return label to send the goods back to us as quickly as possible.


If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition within 14 days of item’s receipt. You must contact us before attempting to ship the product back to obtain an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 10 days of issuing the RMA number to you. The returned item must be in the exact same condition as it was when we shipped it to you. All returns must come in their original box with all packing tissue. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly refund the full purchase price to you minus a restocking fee of $5.00. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the shipping
costs to return the item to our warehouse. 


We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Even when the order is "Free shipping" we incur in shipping costs, and it will be deducted from the total to be refunded ($9.99).
