US Shipping Details

·        Standard Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, so no tracking information will be available.  Express or trackable shipping is available but you will have to contact us to get a price quote.

·        Shipping to HI, AK, and PR are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping.

·        APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS First Class Mail for the price of international shipping.

Orders Shipping Internationally

·        We accept Paypal for payment on international orders. We do not accept wire transfers.  We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged.  We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.

·        Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail International unless otherwise noted.  Email for shipping costs if you would like a different carrier.

·        We can mark as a gift.  Please request at the time of payment.

·        Shipping charges are in USD.  Be sure to pay for the cost of international shipping, not the U.S. shipping price.  The item will not ship out until full payment is made.

Payment Terms

·        Payment is due within 5 days of auction end.  If payment is not made within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction and relist the item. 

·        We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

·        On any international orders, we are not responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees.

Returns

·        We will accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item.  Item must be in original condition to receive a full refund.  Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.

·        Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number.  Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Combined Shipping

·        We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products.  Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send you a combined Paypal invoice. 

Shipping Time Frame

·        Item ships out within 5 business days.  If for some reason this timeframe will not be met, you will receive an email explaining the circumstances.  Expedited shipping is available; please email us for costs.  Upon shipment of the item, an email will be sent to the email you have on file with Paypal.  If 5 business days have passed and you still have not received an email, please let us know and we will confirm shipment.

Email Requests

·        We make every attempt to reply to all emails within 24 hours.  If after 48 hours you have not received return emails from us, it may be that your spam filter or alternate email addresses are preventing the email from arriving. Please check any spam or bulk folders for replies.

·        If you still are not receiving emails, please let us know so we can research the problem.

Item Pickup

·        We are able to provide local pick-up for items.  Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so. We ship out of several warehouses, so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available.
