To cancel an order, you will need to contact Nation Home Theater through the eBay message system. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.
•Damaged Products
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 24 hours from the date that the merchandise was received. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. Nation Home Theater will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement.
•Non-Defective Product Returns
Non-defective products cannot be returned, unless approved by a Nation Home Theater representative through the eBay message system, if a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping.
