Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx with a delivery tracking number.  An email will be sent with your tracking number when your items have shipped.  Auction MUST be paid within 5 days of a close or the item will be re-listed and a non-payer bidder alert filed.  Combined shipping is available.

I stand behind everything that I sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.   When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email me and I will do my best to make you happy.  If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item back, and I will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. I must be notified of the intent to return your item within 3 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to me within 15 days of receipt. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.

New clubs have never been hit or may show very minor shop wear (i.e. a few very light scratches).

Eagle (Excellent)
The clubs have been hit very few times – if at all – and show almost no wear. They have few ball marks on the face and maintain some of the new condition shines.

Birdie (Very Good)
The clubs have clearly been hit but are in fantastic shape. They may have a few lights scratches or mild nicks if you look closely, but still look very nice.

Par (Good)
The clubs have seen normal use (usually several seasons) but still have many rounds left in them. There may be mild ball marks around the face line and a few scratches and/or nicks – typical of some bag chatter. However, they will not have anything that will be detrimental to the clubs’ performance.

Bogey (Average)
The clubs show significant use. The faces and soles will have some scratches or paint wear and the heads will have scratches and nicks. However, none of them will be severe enough to affect play. They will show wear from frequent play and may have natural scratches, pop up marks, and/or bag wear on the shaft. These are great clubs for those looking for performance and value rather than cosmetics.

Double Bogey (Fair)
These clubs exhibit excessive wear. They may exhibit significant scratching, paint chips, nicks, ball marks, etc. They are still playable (otherwise we wouldn’t sell them); they just aren’t attractive. They are priced accordingly and a bargain shopper can find a great deal.
