**You can PERSONALIZE your Medical Information (see inside each package for details as this is optional). When you receive your bracelet, inside the package will be a peronalization order form so that you can choose to have your specific information added. Just complete the order form and return the form (NOT THE BRACELET) with the additional payment specified. We will laser engrave a pre-cut aluminum plate that will adhere inside your bracelet via a 3M peel and stick back...please allow up to a week to complete (you can still wear your purchased bracelet while you wait for the personalized insert).
