2) Spining - There are some sellers out there selling spined (or pured) versions of the KBS. Number 1, check to see if they are an authorized dealer. Number 2, KBS shafts have very little to ANY deflection due to the oil quenching manufacturing process, so they do not need spined or pured.

3) Prepping - Another thing some sellers are doing is offering "pre-prepped" shafts. Ask them this question: How can you pre-prep the shafts without having the iron heads in hand? Enough said on that.
