We accept returns on all orders within 7 days from when it is received. We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues; please check this with the manufacturer of your device before you purchase the item. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival), you must notify us no longer than within 7 days of receipt of the product, or we are unable to exchange it for you.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. We do not accept returns without a RMA number; please contact us before shipping back any items.
